Current University of Michigan assistant coach Sean Bormet made a decision to leave Illinois and Overtime School of Wrestling to take the job at his alma mater. A multiple-time USA Wrestling Freestyle Coach of the Year, Bormet isn’t only just focusing on the Wolverine athletes, but the newly-founded Cliff Keen Wrestling Club which will call the regional training center in Ann Arbor home.
Bormet talked with Jason Bryant of USA Wrestling on all the transitions and nuances of getting back into the college coaching scene, including the joys of recruiting.
